We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team at The Lodge at Blue Sky. You will play a key role in enhancing our culinary offerings and ensuring that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Coordinate banquet services and special events to provide memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on culinary trends to continuously innovate our offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management practices.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Familiarity with menu planning, inventory control, and food service management.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
