Jr. Residential Loan Officer
Department/Location: Loan Department / Hoquiam
Employee Reports to: Regional Lending Manager
FLSA: Hourly; Non-Exempt position
Status: Full-Time 76-80 Hours
Rate of Pay: $23.02 - $33.86 per hour
Summary/Objective: Originates and closes residential real estate loans through outbound calling activities of both prospective and existing customers. Maintains and grows Timberland Bank's portfolio of consumer loans and other Timberland Bank loan products Ability to perform required tasks to maintain portfolio loans within the branch/office.

Preferred Qualifications:
College coursework in business or finance
One year of combined experience in loan origination, loan processing, or other related fields
One year of conducting outbound sales activities, such as calling customer lists, in a professional setting
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrates sales experience, ability to multi-task.
Basic knowledge of bank loan products and services.
Basic knowledge of banking industry rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to maintain their NMLS identification number.
