The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to navigate discussions with stakeholders that may have competing interests. The ability to respond to sudden changes & work thru conflicts is important to be successful. The ideal candidate will have a sales and/or customer facing role with experience in dealing with manufacturing location(s). Any background in project management, engineered to order manufacturing, or installer facing roles with electrical equipment would be relevant. Preferred candidates will have a knowledge of dashboarding/data management- specifically skills in Tableau, advanced Excel, and Snowflake or equivalent. Degrees in data analytics or data science are also acceptable.
