An established financial services organization is seeking a Program Manager in Pensacola, Florida. This role supports executive leadership development programs through program coordination, documentation management, communications, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday

  • Hours: Standard business

  • Setting: Hybrid (Pensacola, FL)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational, programmatic, and administrative support for executive leadership development programs and related priorities.

  • Coordinate program logistics, scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities.

  • Maintain and organize program documentation, trackers, playbooks, templates, and related materials.

  • Prepare reports, summaries, participant communications, and presentation materials.

  • Track tasks, deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items to support on-time execution.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, learning and development, leadership development, or business operations.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders, partners, and team members.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience supporting executive leadership development, talent development, coaching, or learning programs.

  • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, program playbooks, trackers, templates, and communication materials.

  • Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops, learning sessions, or in-person program events.

  • Experience synthesizing information from data, surveys, notes, or stakeholder input into concise summaries.
