BlueWater Federal is looking for a Jr Contracts Management Analyst to support the NAVWAR PMW 150 Command and Control Systems Program Office by delivering Professional Support Services (PSS) across program management, acquisition, contract management, and modernization functions.The effort supports a diverse portfolio of Navy and Joint C2 systems, including GCCS-M, tactical data links, METOC, and CBRN capabilities critical to warfighter decision‑making.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and update procurement documentation including:Statements of Work (SOW/PWS)Statements of Objectives (SOO)Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Requests for Quote (RFQ)Task Requirements Notices (TRNs)Support preparation of acquisition packages and contract modification documentationMaintain contract and task order tracking systems, including:Purchase request (PR) logsContract status trackersFunding and execution trackingEnsure contract documentation is current, accurate, and updated in accordance with Government timelinesConduct and document market research and vendor analysisSupport development of acquisition strategies, including:Contracting approachesCompetition analysisSmall business considerationsProvide cost and financial data inputs for:Purchase requestsContract modificationsFunding documentationSupport validation of cost data and alignment with program budgetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Acquisition, Finance, or related fieldMust have an active Secret clearance3+ years of experience supporting DoD or Navy acquisition and contract management activitiesExperience supporting development of procurement documentation (RFPs, PWS, SOO, etc.)Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and DoD acquisition processesExperience supporting contract tracking, reporting, and financial documentationDesiredPrior experience supporting NAVWAR, PEO C4I, or similar Navy acquisition environmentsExperience supporting CORs, APM-Cs, or contracting officesFamiliarity with acquisition tools and systems such as:eCRAFTPR tracking systemsDITPR-DON or similarDAWIA or equivalent certification in Contracting or AcquisitionExperience supporting cost proposals or contract pricing analysisBenefitsWe offer a competitive health and wellness benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
