Are you looking to break into accounting and finance with a company that will invest in your growth? I'm partnering with an established manufacturing organization in the Fort Worth area that is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounting coursework, internship experience, or up to a year of experience in billing, AR, customer service, or administrative support who is eager to build a long-term career in accounting.
Location: Fort Worth, TX (onsite Monday-Friday)
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:
Processing and managing customer invoices
Working with customer billing portals and resolving submission issues
Assisting with account reconciliations and payment research
Supporting collections and payment follow-up activities
Collaborating with sales, operations, customer service, and accounting teams
Helping resolve invoice discrepancies and customer inquiries
What We're Looking For:
️ 0-1 year of accounting, billing, AR, customer service, or administrative experience
️ Accounting coursework, certificate, or related experience preferred
️ Experience with an ERP system is a plus
️ Intermediate Excel skills
️ Detail-oriented and organized
️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
️ Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
