What You'll Do as a Jr. Account Manager:
- Maintain a clear understanding of client marketing goals, business objectives, and digital marketing strategies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients while supporting communication, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
- Manage client projects and campaigns by organizing priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, agendas, action items, and follow-up communication with clients and internal teams, including occasional travel to client locations.
- Utilize project management and ticketing systems to manage requests and communicate updates across email, Slack, and phone channels.
- Support account managers and production teams with presentations, proofreading, and client deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication processes, and project efficiency.
Our Ideal Jr. Account Manager:
- Experienced: At least 1 year of client services experience; agency or relevant internship experience is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Client-focused Communicator: Builds strong relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized: Manages multiple priorities effectively, stays organized, and actively seeks opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- Values-driven: Practices honesty, empathy, accountability, curiosity, and respect in every client and team interaction.
- Tech-savvy: Has experience with Google and Microsoft products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Microsoft Ads, while staying current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, industry best practices, and client strategies.
What We Offer Our Jr. Account Manager:
- $45,000-$50,000 per year, DOE
- Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
