As an Jr Account Manager, you'll represent AT&T Fiber Internet as a complete experience, not just a product, and pair customers with internet service that fits their situation. TheJr Account Manager will then recommend optimal options for simpler needs, comprehensive solutions for demanding households, and always explain why they need it.
Role Requirements for an Jr Account Manager
- Close new accounts by highlighting the peace of mind that comes with a network designed to handle all of today’s (and tomorrow’s) smart home devices.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence, making the technical world of fiber optics feel simple and accessible for every household.
- Proactively follow up with interested residents to answer questions and help them move forward with a more reliable home connection.
- Educate prospects on the added security of AT&T, showing them how Fiber protects their family’s data at no extra cost.
- Collaborate with other Jr Account Managers to share successful sales techniques and help the firm reach its expansion goals in Southern California.
