Basic Qualifications:

Must Possess a WI State Indentured Journeyperson Pipefitter Card.

Experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

On the job success in safety, attendance, and quality of work expected.

Welding to include MIG and ARC, familiar with Conveyors, Pumps, and gearboxes, etc.

Strong mechanical aptitude, good decision-making skills, and be self-motivated.

Experience with Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, boilers, and compressors.

Must have a good attitude and able to work in a team environment.

Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities.

Must have own tools or willing to obtain tools needed.

Ability to manage several priorities at once.

Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.

Ability to pass pre-employment drug test & background check.

Must be willing to work any shift assigned, including holidays and weekends, and accept call-ins and overtime outside of the normal workday. After one year of mill service, shift eligibility by seniority goes into effect.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must possess a valid Drivers License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.

Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.

Excellent communication skills.

Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Starting salary for position: $45.34 per hour.
  • Paid Vacation: Based on the contractual agreement.
  • Paid Holidays.
  • Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision - and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
  • Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
