The mission

Deliver top-tier finish carpentry and dependable rough work that transforms houses into better homes—safely, efficiently, and with a client-first mindset.

When you’ll work

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

How you’ll contribute

1. Execute rough and finish carpentry with accuracy
2. Install cabinetry and support kitchen/bath/basement remodels
3. Assist with shower installs and general handyman needs
4. Perform light electrical and basic plumbing tasks
5. Tackle a broad range of residential construction/renovation assignments
6. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
7. Step into other tasks as required

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong safety awareness
• Reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Proven rough and finish carpentry experience
• Preferred: cabinet install and remodeling experience
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Comfort working on ladders up to 40 ft
• Reliable transportation
• Physical capability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
