Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Journeyman Task Manager for the following task:
Primary responsibilities:
- *Shift Type: Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm onsite.*
- Supports Senior executive-led organizations at the Director level.
- Receives tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
- Processes and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
- Coordinates actions with proper element within the customer space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
- Prepares training materials and written instructions (playbooks) on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization.
- Prepares daybook requirements for following business day to include Daily Binder Preparation, Material Organization and Formatting, Component Coordination, Electronic Daybook Management, Inbox Management, Share drive Maintenance, Tasking Reminder Management, Material Review and Editing, Front Office Coordination and Weekly Task Management.
Education and Experience:
- All candidate must currently possess an Active TS/SCI w/poly security clearance is required.
- Candidates without to required security clearance will not be considered for this position.
- Requires a BS/BA with 5+ years or no degree and 9 years of experience.
- Experience in the following areas is required:
- Supporting Senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
- Receiving tasking via multiple vehicles and systems.
- Processing and routes staff taskers and coordination requests in all administrative management systems.
- Coordinating actions with proper element within the government space, across the IC and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector entities.
Experience in the following area is desired:
- Preparing training materials and written instructions on properly preparing and processing staff packages for their organization.
