Job Description
Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is a family-owned plumbing contractor based in Selah, WA. We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our small, experienced team. This position offers steady, year-round work, competitive pay, and an excellent work-life balance — no sales quotas and home every night.
Our work is primarily commercial new construction (approximately 85%), with some residential projects mixed in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on commercial and residential job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors, and supervisors
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Rare on-call or weekend work
- Job sites in Yakima and surrounding areas
- Company vehicles provided for work use (not taken home)
- Paid drive time

Requirements
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Trainees may be considered
