Journeyman Technician (Fleet & Mobile) – All-Pro Fleet Services | Southern Oregon

What You'll Be Working On

• Medium-duty trucks (box trucks, fleet vehicles)
• Diesel & gas engines
• Light-duty (primarily USA brands)
• Equipment & specialty units
• A mix of in-shop AND mobile work (about 50/50)
• No two days are the same-and that's exactly how our techs like it.

The Role

This is not an entry-level position.

You'll be trusted to:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
• Work independently in the field AND in the shop
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
• Keep jobs moving efficiently without constant supervision

• Up to $34/hour (DOE)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience (journeyman level)
• Strong diagnostic ability (diesel + gas)
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Good communication and teamwork
• Clean driving record (for mobile work)
• Fleet or diesel experience is a big plus- but if you're sharp, we'll train where needed.
