Our client is a full-service industrial electrical contractor providing engineering, programming, custom control panels, system controls and installation services. They're located in Moorestown, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Installation Manager, Engineers, and Customer to resolve issues to ensure successful results
- Install electrical systems including power distribution (feeder panels, branch circuits), conduit, raceways, cable trays
- Build, wire, and install control panels, automation cabinets, and electrical enclosures
- Read electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, ladder logic diagrams, control schematics, P&IDs
- Perform preventive maintenance on installed electrical systems: check connections, clean contacts, tighten screws, test protective devices
- Travel to other states to perform various work
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Industrial electrical contracting ability
- Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 79 and OSHA
- Conduit layout and bending skills
- Ability to read and review prints
- Understanding of 480V power distribution
- Ability to travel (local or distance) when needed
- Electrician license is a bonus
