The Role
As a Journeyman Electrician Installer, you'll work as part of a 2-person crew to install residential and light commercial electrical systems efficiently and professionally. You focus solely on installation and quality execution no selling, no quoting, no chasing leads.

- Execute the defined scope of work accurately and completely
- Meet agreed-upon billable hour expectations
- Maintain high quality and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with the office and sales team
- Represent the Keil Electric brand professionally in customers' homes
- Leave each job site clean and customer-ready

Requirements
- Active and valid Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in residential and light commercial electrical work
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience installing a full range of residential and light commercial electrical systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- No criminal history
- Owns required tools and has a reliable, efficient vehicle (company vehicle may be provided after 90 days based on performance)
- Willingness to work every other weekend as business needs require
- Professional, customer-focused demeanor with strong communication skills
Compensation & Perks
- Commission-based pay with earning potential of $80,000-$120,000+ annually
