Job Overview

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Electrician to install and troubleshoot electrical and off-grid solar systems within our advanced manufacturing workflow. In this role, you will be installing, adjusting, and commissioning full electrical buildouts. You will take ownership of wiring systems from the initial rough-in and trim phases all the way to final testing and system commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-System Wiring: Execute electrical installations from rough-in and trim phases to final commissioning, including wiring, lighting, breakers, and specialized solar equipment.
• Blueprint & Schematic Literacy: Read, interpret, and accurately apply construction drawings, technical diagrams, and work plans.
• Testing & Diagnostics: Safely utilize diagnostic devices such as ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers alongside standard hand and power tools.
• System Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain complex electrical and off-grid solar infrastructure.
• Compliance & Deadlines: Adhere strictly to state and local building regulations while completing work orders on time.
• Team Collaboration: Work dynamically with other electricians, trades, architects, and production team members to streamline workflows. We are a team based production facility.

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or a suitable equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as an electrician, with a strong willingness to continue education in the electrical field.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of electrical installation best practices and an understanding of advanced building/solar system principles.
• Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Work Environment Adaptability: * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Physical stamina to work comfortably in a active construction/manufacturing environment and within confined spaces.
