What You’ll Tackle

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment across residential and commercial sites.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan layouts and execute precise installations.
• Perform routine inspections to spot hazards, defects, or adjustments needed to keep systems safe and reliable.
• Apply local and national electrical codes on every task to ensure full compliance.
• Team up with other trades and internal teammates to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
• Provide clear, courteous communication to customers about issues found and recommended solutions.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following strict safety protocols.

What You Bring

• Valid Virginia electrician’s license.
• Hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical work.
