Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be proficient in multiple construction-related tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and collaborating effectively with other tradespeople to deliver exceptional results.

Duties

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Perform trim carpentry tasks including the installation of moldings, baseboards, and cabinetry.
• Conduct water damage restoration to restore affected areas to their original condition.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Frame wood
• Perform construction painting tasks to finish surfaces according to design specifications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter with a comprehensive understanding of carpentry techniques.
• Proficiency in stucco application, tile laying, plastering, masonry, and trim carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on job site locations.
