Job Overview:
The Journey Builder III will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of journey-building tools and techniques, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customer journeys using advanced journey-building tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to align journey strategies with business goals.
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for journey optimization.
• Monitor and report on the performance of customer journeys, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all journey-building activities.

• Proven experience in journey building or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
• Proficiency in journey-building tools and platforms.

Pay Range: $55-66/hr. on a W2 basis

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
