What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in Medical Surgical setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year recent Med/Surg experience preferred
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS preferred depending on assignment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
