What You'll Do
Perform assessments, re-assessments & skilled nursing care
Handle urgent visits, new admissions & high-priority cases
Coordinate care with families, physicians & internal teams
Support training, supervision & overall clinical excellence
Schedule & Flexibility
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Includes every other weekend
Must be ready to respond to visits when needed
What We're Looking For
Active Ohio RN license
2+ years clinical experience
Strong clinical, communication & problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
