16 bed ICU

      High acuity community hospital ICU

Predominantly Medical- surgical icu patients

Small component of high-risk OB patients

Bedside intensivist covers the ICU 24/7

Daily Censes: 6-10 pts per day

Patient Mix: Urban/suburban

Multi-disciplinary Critical Care

Scheduling & Workload:

Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 7a-7p, and 7p-7a

Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $234.07

Annual comp $457,841- $457,841

Incentives: Weekend incentives

Signing bonus available

Team & Work Environment:

Physician/Nursing Collaboration: Close Working Relationship with ICU nurse management and Nursing staff-

Staffing Model: Single physician coverage
