The Job Development Coordinator supervises vocational staff in Cincinnati, overseeing services for individuals with employment needs.
- Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, or 7+ years of vocational placement experience.
- Must be familiar with working with OOD consumers, proficient in computer use, and a team player with strong supervision skills.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license, obtain NCI/CPI certification within 90 days, and pass background checks.
- Primary duties include supervising staff, managing vocational services, developing employer relationships, providing job placement and coaching, and ensuring program compliance.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and participate in professional development is required.
