Bancroft is actively seeking a full-time Job Coach to work in our Adult Employment Program in the Camden County County area.

Responsibilities:Provides on-site job assessment, skills training, and job coaching to persons served within the Bancroft organization and employed at host organizations to maintain and enhance community-based employment
Qualifications:Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable. BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Related work experience in employment services preferred. Minimum of two years of experience working directly with neurologically-challenged individuals required.
