Food Service Managers oversee department inventory, in-stock levels, Quality Assurance, merchandising, and operational processes to meet company standards.
They follow sales and production planning standards, ensuring the department achieves performance goals outlined in the work plan.
Responsibilities include planning and ordering to maximize sales and profit, training and supervising new employees, and managing ordering, receiving, inventory, storage, and display building.
This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager and may involve other duties within the convenience store.
Requirements include being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and at least 3 years of Food Service experience is preferred.
The expected shift is from 4 AM to 1 PM, during morning hours.
