Seeking motivated individuals with leadership skills to join our sales team as Assistant Managers.
Additional pay includes a $2/hour shift differential for work between 10 PM and 6 AM, and a $1/hour weekend shift premium on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Assistant Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, analyze business trends, maximize sales and profits, develop staff, and control expenses, shortages, merchandising, and inventory. They are responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager, aligning with the company's vision and values.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of health standards, experience with POS and credit card transactions, and prior assistant management experience is a plus.
This retail role involves standing for long periods, irregular hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
