    We're growing and we'd love to have you grow with us.Atlantic Coast Enterprises is looking for an excellent leader to fill our full-time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in Springfield, MA.You can earn a competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms up to $100,000 a year. You live our brand as you strive to achieve our mission: “Creating Customers for Life through Fast, Friendly, Clean and Professional Service”.Responsibilities include:Leading by example, setting the tone, and making your auto store an enjoyable place to be.Hiring and training the right team members for the right roles.Providing constructive feedback, holding staff accountable, and encouraging their leadership skills through coaching, opportunities, and resources.Helping grow our auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability.Planning and tracking budget forecasting models.Seeking innovative ways to improve business performance.QualificationsAt least 18 years old.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license.Relevant sales and customer service experience.Previous leadership experience (a plus).Self‑motivated with excellent sales skills.Can work well under pressure and delegate.Strong customer service focus.Ability to resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.Professional presentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organized and detail‑oriented.Passionate about the automotive industry.Work ScheduleShifts include a mix of day, evenings up to 8 pm, and weekends.Location01119#J-18808-Ljbffr
