Duties The JH Boys Baseball is responsible for teaching fundamental skills fostering sportsmanship and ensuring player safety for middle school athletes. Key duties include: • planning practices • mentoring students in character development • managing equipment • maintaining communication with parents and school administration
Qualifications Previous coaching experience at the high school or youth level preferred. Knowledge of sport-specific rules, strategies, and techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff. Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid. Valid First Aid and CPR certification. Any state required certifications.
