Java FullStack Lead Developer (Backend Focus)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Java FullStack Lead Developer (Backend Focus) for their McLean, VA location.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications with a strong focus on backend systems, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
• Strong backend development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and Web Services.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, JMS).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience working with financial regulatory or compliance-based organizations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Technical Flavor: Expect a heavy focus on Full Stack, AWS/Cloud, and Angular combinations.
• Communication: Good communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience: 10+ Years
