We are seeking a versatile Java Full Stack Developer Spring Boot / REST API's to design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise applications that drive our Personal Lines business. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from UI design and back-end integration to DevOps deployment and production support. Experience in the automotive or insurance domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across multiple platforms using Java Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Build and consume modular/microservice APIs, integrating with both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Develop and maintain automated acceptance tests using the Playwright framework.
  • Follow engineering best practices including clean code, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical proposals and integration plans; research emerging technologies to build prototypes.
  • Implement UX/UI best practices to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces for self-service and sales channels.
  • Participate in production support rotations, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining system stability.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to security standards, market best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks and RESTful API integration.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks, preferably Playwright.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native application deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and adaptability skills.
  • Exposure to automotive domain or insurance-related applications is highly preferred.
