Core Responsibilities
Frontend Development: Build highly responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Angular or React.
Backend Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-throughput backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
API Engineering: Write and consume optimized, secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between the client side and the server.
Database Management: Create, maintain, and optimize relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (e.g., MongoDB), including writing efficient queries and database schemas.
DevOps & Deployment: Support the automation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Write automated unit tests (using JUnit, Mockito, Jest) and perform debugging and performance profiling to ensure minimal software regression.
Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and code reviews, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Required Technical Skills
Programming Languages: Deep proficiency in Java (Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Backend Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate/JPA.
Frontend Technologies: Proven experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, alongside bootstrap or modern CSS grids.
Databases: Solid command over SQL (indexing, query tuning) and basic knowledge of non-relational database storage.
Tools & Platforms: Version control via Git/GitHub, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Soft Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
Clear communication skills to explain technical structures to non-technical business stakeholders.
Adaptability to learning new frameworks and changing industry trends.
