- Copilot and/or other AI code assist tools
- Git/BitBucket
- Kafka
- MQ preferred
- Using Rational Database (e.g. Oracle or DB2)
- Creating documentation
- Working Agile / Jira
- Knowledge of Payments Must have
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 Payments message standards a plus
