We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies. Experience with Google Cloud Vertex AI or cloud-based AI services is an added advantage.

The role involves building enterprise-grade distributed applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software using Agile methodologies.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Java backend development experience.
• Strong experience building enterprise-scale distributed applications.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 4 days onsite).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop event-driven applications using Apache Kafka.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following coding standards.
• Develop unit tests, integration tests, and improve code coverage.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Build and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor application health using Dynatrace and logging frameworks.
• Stay current with emerging Java technologies and cloud-native development practices.
