Posting Title: Java Developer

Position Location: Austin, TX 78729

Functional Description:

Position Requirements:

3-5 years working experience with Java/J2EE.
Experience with MVC frameworks (Struts, Spring).
Strong knowledge in database programming and querying with JDBC and Hibernate.
Solid understanding of OO methodologies and design patterns.
Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MySQL)
Experience with Web Application Server Apache/Tomcat.
Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems, and Shell scripting.
Ability to interface efficiently with business group
Ability to work effectively as part of a small technical team
Creative problem solving skills

Preferred:

Experience in agile software development process and environment.
Banking or financial services experience (i.e. credit cards, debit cards) is a plus

Education and Typical Years Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3-5 years working experience with Java/J2EE programming.
Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle SQL and PLSQL
