We are seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in JavaData Full stack Python Go Lang CrewAI AIML
Job Description
Lead the architecture and development of largescale data platforms and pipelines using Python for data processing and transformation Design and optimize data models and storage solutions leveraging MongoDB to support highperformance and scalable data access Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate heterogeneous data sources and ensure data quality and consistency Drive innovation in big data architecture by evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and best practices Ensure compliance with data governance security policies and industry standards Mentor and guide engineering teams to adopt best practices in data engineering and architecture Participate in strategic planning and provide technical leadership for complex data initiatives
Roles and Responsibilities
Architect and oversee endtoend data pipelines and platforms aligned with business goals Utilize Python extensively for data ingestion transformation pipeline orchestration and automation Implement and maintain MongoDB databases ensuring efficient schema design and query performance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Lead technical design reviews code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering challenges optimizing system performance Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the data engineering teams Stay updated with advancements in big data technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
