We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in building scalable backend systems using Spring and Spring Boot. The role focuses on designing and developing enterprise-grade RESTful APIs, driving microservices-based application development, and supporting cloud-oriented backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and modernization of scalable backend platforms using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs and distributed backend services
  • Develop and enhance microservices-based applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver robust backend solutions
  • Drive backend architecture improvements, application optimization, and system performance enhancements
  • Implement secure authentication and authorization workflows using JWT and OAuth2
  • Write production-quality, reusable, and maintainable code aligned with engineering standards and best practices
  • Participate in technical reviews, backend design discussions, and development process improvements
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application stability and responsiveness
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-based application workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of strong hands-on experience in Java backend development
  • Advanced expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Core, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot
  • Extensive experience developing enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and modern backend development practices
  • Deep understanding of Hibernate, JPA, and backend data access patterns
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed application design
  • Experience with build automation and dependency management tools including Maven or Gradle
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development environments
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
