Title: Java AWS Full Stack Developer
Locations: Local to Raleigh NC or Atlanta GA Only
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $45-$48/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java AWS Full Stack Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, AWS Cloud, Microservices, and RESTful APIs, along with experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. This role requires a strong technical leader who can mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Location: Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA (Local Candidates Only)

Required Experience

  • 6 8 years of experience in Java application development.
  • Strong experience building cloud-native applications using AWS.
  • Experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale microservices.

Must-Have Skills

  • Core Java (Java 8/11/17)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for application development and optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with frontend technologies (Angular or React) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, and Terraform.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Splunk, or Prometheus.
