Summary
This is an ideal
"Step 1" opportunity for a professional looking to launch a career in
the real estate industry and/or at a Japanese company. Operating as a key
subsidiary of a Japanese global real estate firm, they manage a diverse
portfolio of properties across Southern California. They are seeking a
meticulous, sincere, and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a
bilingual Japanese/English environment and is eager to learn the foundations of
property management.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
by following up when needed; coordinate closely with the accounting
department to ensure all payments are accurately posted.

with local vendors (in English).

sense of urgency with a sincere, polite demeanor when resolving issues for both
tenants and owners.
