Janitor Warehouse Cleaning

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout a warehouse facility in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for ensuring workspaces, common areas, and restrooms remain clean, safe, and well-maintained while supporting an efficient and professional work environment.

The ideal Janitor has previous commercial or warehouse cleaning experience, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and works well independently.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Experience in large-scale warehouse or industrial cleaning environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules and procedures
Commitment to workplace safety and sanitation standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties throughout the warehouse facility
Mop floors and maintain cleanliness of production and common areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish necessary supplies
Empty trash and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility
Operate bale equipment for cardboard disposal as needed
Restock and maintain kitchen and breakroom supplies
Clean detailed and hard-to-reach areas to maintain facility standards
Ensure all work areas comply with safety and sanitation requirements
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Warehouse or industrial janitorial experience
Experience operating cleaning equipment and machinery
Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
Ability to work around cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods
Work Environment
Warehouse and industrial facility environment
Exposure to cleaning chemicals, warehouse traffic, and varying temperatures
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement
