Harris ML Group is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
**This position starting pay may be negotiable, pending verifiable prior commercial cleaning experience**
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Work up to 30 hours per week
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 yrs. old
Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm
Must be able to adapt to working in an industrial/warehouse environment
Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
Ability to handle a physical workload.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
