Candidates must be 18+, able to clear a background check, and have reliable transportation. Responsibilities include supervising janitorial teams, conducting training, troubleshooting equipment, providing feedback, and managing staffing schedules.
Qualifications include experience in janitorial or facilities supervision, strong leadership skills, and the ability to travel within the Richmond area.
