The Janitorial Supervisor oversees and trains janitorial staff to meet contract and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Supervises and evaluates staff performance, assigns tasks, and provides training as needed.
- Maintains equipment and supplies, transports staff to off-site locations, and keeps vehicle records.
- Acts professionally with customers and participates in training for growth.
- May work alternate shifts and handle equipment maintenance.
- Requires supervisory experience, ability to lift up to 60lbs, stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
- Must have a valid NYS Driver's License and pass background checks.
- High school diploma preferred.
