As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will lead multi-location cleaning teams, inspect quality, support training, and ensure standards are met. Responsibilities include assigning duties, managing supplies, hiring, onboarding, resolving team issues, and stepping in for cleaning when needed.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, strong communication skills, organizational ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with some additional coverage.
