Join ABM as an Onsite Service Project Manager specializing in janitorial operations within our dynamic Sports & Entertainment vertical. This leadership position combines operational excellence with strategic client relationship management, overseeing facility operations for premier venues while driving financial performance and operational efficiency. As the primary point of contact for clients ranging from property management teams to C-suite executives, you''ll be responsible for the complete operational and financial success of your assigned projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse teams, implement cost-saving initiatives, and support business development in one of the most exciting industry verticals.

Location: On-site in San Diego

Schedule: Full-time, including weekends

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 / Annually

  • 1-3 years of facility or janitorial management experience

  • Maintain exceptional relationships with clients at all levels, from property managers to senior executives
  • Serve as primary liaison ensuring client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and operational improvements
  • Support new business development initiatives

Operations Management

  • Lead and manage diverse operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Conduct regular building inspections to assess cleanliness, equipment condition, and safety compliance
  • Oversee facility operations aligned with contractual and financial objectives
  • Manage work order tracking and ensure timely completion of client requests
  • Coordinate outsourced services and manage vendor relationships

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Support budget preparation and manage cost-saving projects
  • Oversee payroll processes, inventory management, and procurement
  • Provide ongoing support for ABM''s administrative, budgetary, and financial procedures
  • Prepare and submit professional reports, surveys, and incident documentation

Team Leadership

  • Ensure proper onboarding, training, and performance management of staff
  • Conduct safety and compliance training programs
  • Manage employee uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Supervise staff development and maintain high performance standards

Reporting & Communication

  • Report daily to ABM District Manager and organizational leadership
  • Collaborate with administrative, HR, financial, quality control, and safety departments
  • Prepare incident/injury reports as required
  • Process work orders for additional services through Corrigo system
