Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout our facility. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing office areas, common spaces, restrooms, and the production floor. Essential ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Sanitation
Sweep, mop, and maintain facility floors
Clean and sanitize dining and break rooms
Clean kitchen floors and common areas
Maintain hallways, entryways, and shop floor areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms and restroom fixtures
Sanitizing Duties
Wipe and disinfect tables, counters, and sinks
Sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles and shared equipment
Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards
Supply Management
Refill soap dispensers
Restock paper towels and toilet paper
Maintain adequate sanitizing and cleaning supplies
Notify management when inventory needs replenishment
General Facility Maintenance
Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility
Dust offices, common areas, and facility equipment
Wash windows and glass surfaces
Pick up litter and maintain grounds around the building
Assist with organizing storage rooms and supply areas
Perform basic handyman and maintenance tasks as needed
Safely use ladders to complete cleaning and maintenance duties
Qualifications
Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience preferred
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout the workday
Comfortable working independently and managing daily cleaning tasks
Ability to safely use ladders and cleaning equipment
Basic handyman or maintenance skills are a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
