Basic Function: The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and supervising janitorial staff. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Mental/Physical Demands: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read and interpret documents such as instructional materials, operation instructions, book, catalogues, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. While performing the duties of this job, the supervisor is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The supervisor frequently is required to sit. The supervisor is occasional required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
