We are seeking an Account Manager to lead custodial teams in school buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
Requirements include prior supervisory experience managing 20+ employees, strong communication skills, and knowledge of janitorial operations.
Responsibilities involve supervising staff, conducting inspections, managing schedules and inventory, and responding to building needs.
Shift is 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, with full-time hours.
Salary ranges from $40,000 to $42,000 annually, plus quarterly incentives.
