Janitor / Window Washer Job

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and self‑motivated Janitor / Window Washer to maintain cleanliness at two small locations: a government licensing office and a retail store. This is a very part‑time position ideal for someone who prefers independent work, predictable hours, and simple recurring tasks. All supplies are provided.

JOB DUTIES:

• Weekly janitorial cleaning at a government licensing office (1 hour per week): sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, wiping down surfaces.
• Window washing at a retail store every other week (1 hour): interior and exterior windows, streak‑free results.
• Maintaining provided equipment and supplies.
• Working safely, including outdoors in all weather.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to perform light physical labor.

Pay:

$20 per hour.

Schedule:

1 hour per week at government office; 1 hour every other week at retail location for window washing.
