A well-established commercial interior maintenance company is looking for a skilled Floor Technician to join their team. In this full-time, temp-to-hire role, you’ll be responsible for providing detailed interior floor care across corporate office spaces, including carpets, hard flooring, and surfaces.

This position is ideal for someone with floor care experience who is ready to expand their skills, work with specialized equipment, and grow within a professional environment. The company offers ongoing training and the opportunity to earn industry certifications upon conversion.

As a Floor Care Technician, you will:

• Operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment
• Clean and maintain carpets and various flooring types using appropriate machines and chemicals
• Prepare work areas by moving office furniture and equipment as needed
• Perform floor stripping, waxing, and buffing to restore and maintain surfaces

Requirements:

• Previous floor care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attendance and reliability

Pay: $23/hr

Pay increase: $25/hr when hired permanently by company

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5pm–1:30am

Overtime available on weekends during peak seasons

Must be flexible to work beyond scheduled hours based on workload

Location: Redmond, WA (not bus accessible due to hours)
