**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Janitor to help maintain our buildings in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can manage cleaning tasks independently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned buildings.
- Perform routine and heavy cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning restrooms.
- Keep work areas orderly and follow proper cleaning procedures.
- Travel between cleaning sites located across the street (split shift).
**Work Schedule:**
- Monday through Friday
- Split Shift: 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. 25- 30 hours a wek
- No work required on holidays (no paid holidays offered).
**Requirements:**
- Must pass a background check prior to starting work.
- Previous janitorial experience preferred, but training will be provided.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
